Third Update January 9, 2012

It is Monday morning here. The last several days have been very productive. Saturday we spent time in downtown Cork or “Cork city” as the locals would say. We handed out a lot more bibles that day than we had previously. While we were there I met a religious white supremacist who talked my ear off for over twenty minutes. I think he was trying to convert me. He made me a little uncomfortable at one point by which I mean that I thought he might be insane and violent. But everything worked out ok so that was grand (they say “grand” here instead of “great”). Sunday we drove out to Glenn and Louise’s where the brethren meet for study and worship on Sunday’s. I taught the class period and “preached” to them as well. Louise fed us all a very nice lunch and we visited with the brethren and encouraged each other for a while. We came home yesterday evening and spent time here at the Connolly’s home. They have movie night for their girls every Sunday night. We were joined by one of Ramash’s friends from Kazakhstan who was visiting. All in all, the last few days have been good. We are getting ready to head out to meet some more people now. Blessings and love to you all. - JC3
